The sales associates were very helpful and quick to assist me. The Sherwin-Williams philosophy is not customer friendly. I needed a quart of paint for a touch up and had to buy an entire gallon. Going to use a different company that will not try to force people to buy more paint.
Great place to get all your paint and supplies! The associates are very knowledgeable, nice and extremely helpful. Best ever paint for sure!
As a contractor- this is my home store, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dominick and the rest of the staff are super helpful and great!! I always get all of my paints and supplies from here. Great environment and vibe!
This was my first time at this particular store and it was a great experience. I just went in to ask a question about my paint sprayer and the sales associate was very friendly, helpful, and patient with me. He even loaded my car doe me. The store was well stocked with a variety of paint supplies, particularly the Purdy brand that I like. It’s my new favorite store for paint supplies.
Dominick did a great job above and beyond any of the other Sherwin William's stores I called today Brownsburg could learn a lesson from him. Brownsburg still needs help. Terrible service from the female that works there. Beyond useless.
The store staff are friendly and helpful. They are 5 star quality. The product provided loses a star. For the price, I would expect this to be a one coat paint when going over a near white base. Painter had to eat profit after he quoted the job and the paint costs doubled due to having to use two coats. I ran out to the store to pay for an additional three gallons he needed so he wouldn't be out of pocket another $200.

Buying good quality paint but one fellow ‘doesn’t always get it’ and I ended up with a gallon of a custom mix when I asked for a quart. Since ordering several different color quarts the cans were all packed into a box and I didn’t see the gallon of paint until I get home. This was the color for the bathroom needing a quart can to cover 50 sq.ft. & I ended up with a gallon of paint. I will ensure in the future I will work a different representative. This error of sorts coat me >$50.00. 2/16/20
Love Sherwin Williams, Have Shopped There Stores For Many Years. They To Me Spell Quality. The Employees Are All Courteous, Especially The Ones At The Avon Indiana Location. Great Job. Nice To Work With. They Try To Go The Extra Mile.
Service was great but the prices are insane. Who can afford 50 and 60 plus dollars for one gallon of paint. Some of it was 70 a gallon. Wow. But the people that work there are great and helpful
