Sincerest thanks to Brenda at the McMullen store for helping me a novice homeowner and painter pick the perfect paint for a project. She's an expert: smart, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Extremely helpful with info on what paint my contractor had used. They took the time to get me the correct color and sheen. A professional painters store that has great customer service.
I highly recommend this location for SW paints. Daniel is fabulous! Helpful, patient, kind and he has a great sense of humor! Awesome customer service here. They are running a great sale on paint too right now from today until Aug 22.
The employee behind the counter was more than helpful in identifying our paint matches. She went an extra mile. Contrary to the norm of “customer service” these days. The gentleman helped carry our cans out to the car. Friendly, professional, helpful. Good.
The manager and staff were helpful and nice! It made my experience fast & frustration free which is always a plus!
Paint quality I am sure is good, but I went in with my kids to get just one gallon and was passed over to help contractors who arrived after me. When I was checking out I asked if there were any coupons I should know about and the clerk told me they were not running any right now - but I just looked online and they are. Unless you are a contractor ordering a large amount of paint - the customer service seems to leave much to be desired. I will take my business elsewhere.
We've been a loyal customer here since our first remodeling project. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful on all the products and we always leave with exactly what we need. Paint is one of those materials where you get what you pay for so it's also great they give volume discounts and frequently have coupons. Skip the chain store paints and shop here.
The salesmen are very knowledgeable. I had only a strip of caulking with some paint on it and a very persistent gentlemen worked with it and matched the paint perfectly. In addition, I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be helped.
Don't you hate when your friendly and chatty, but you are met with indifference and attitude? Not to mention asking questions that he should know answer to, and instead shrugs me off simply because they don't want to be friendly or talk to you? I love sherwin williams paint, but I hate spending money somewhere with such unfriendly people. This person is named Lamont. My 68 year old customer also complained about the lady that works there so I am seeing a trend here. Need to either learn to be friendly or go get a job you don't have to deal with the public.
I asked for 6 paint samples in the last 30 minutes before closing. They had no complaints. While waiting had a great conversation with the wmployee and another customer and learned a lot about paint and painting. I appreciated the friendliness and help. Paint samples are a bit pricey $7.50 each and only come in larger sizes, but that is Sherwin Williams in general, not this location.
