I was definitely satisfied with the service I received that day.
I walked in with my family only to not be greeted or asked if we needed help. I waited for over 15 mins, when another costumer who so happens to be white walks in and was greeted and offered assistance.
Awesome people had a magnificent experience at this location the 2 younger associates helped me with a difficult problem and got me the paint I need for something that should not have worked, she was very knowledgeable, customer oriented, paid attention to det ail and they were very funny as well the young man as well called the supervisor to see if it was possible he said no and just to make me happy they tried anyway and got the color I needed almost exact awesome 2 customer representatives for Sherwin Williams highly recommended location
The manager here, Nikki, was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with what I needed for my new place. I let her know what my budget was and she helped me not go over and still get exactly what I needed. I'll definitely be going back when it's time to paint the outside of my house!
This is absolutely the best. I have shopped in troy sterling hats store and the one in troy. At the cli town store the knowledge of your assoc is exceptional. Along with wallpaper choice. Really greatifyi g experience
The staff was VERY helpful but didn't have my paint in stock. They did find a store in my area with it though
Service was excellent. An employee let me know of a up and coming 30% off sale, so to have savings, and I was also told how to save 10% more,on my perchase.!
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have never encountered any issue with any of the paint I have used from Sherwin Williams. A good experience every time.
The gentleman who assists me was very friendly very knowledgeable in and out less than 10 minutes.
This place is great even though I had a problem with my paint, they gave all new paint free of charge. Highly recommend for serious professional job.
