I love Sherwood Furniture the quality is the best I must buy furniture that’s gonna last I don’t mind the prices because you get what you pay for their furniture is different beautiful one of a kind Verna and both Marks are the greatest people you ever want to meet I wish I could’ve given a ten because it’s worth it.
We bought two Stressless Magic chairs with ottomans from Mark Anthony. The buying process was extremely easy with no pressure, and Mark explained all of the features of the various chairs. The day the chairs were delivered, Mark personally came out to the house to make sure that we were happy with them, and to make sure that everything was working as we expected.
I contacted Sherwood because we bought our Stressless chair there many years ago. I also contacted them because I knew that other retailers of Stressless are not as dedicated to the product as Sherwood shout out to Mark Morganroth. Mark was able to repair the ottoman on the spot. Magnificent!!! I can't say enough good things about this business. Thx Mark
I went for the first time since they have moved to their new location was greeted my two gentlemen both very nice mark and mark Antony, explained looking. For whole new bedroom set he showed my several styles and manufactures that were my liking and came to my house to measure the room took pictures and came up with a design layout for me which was great I ordered the furniture took about two months not bad in todays world he always kept me in the loop of the status and arrival and all of the furniture they both have been fantastic in this experience the bedroom set was delivered yesterday the delivery company was very good took their time was friendly and mark antony stayed make sure it all was delivered properly and organized my room for me and hung the mirror that came with the new Italian bedroom set I chose he took his time answered my questions he was wonderful I’m more than happy and he will be helping me with my living room and den and chairs next !!
Our visit started with a phone call with Mark Anthony. Mark happily answered all our questions and took the time to search his inventory for the Stressless Recliner we wanted. When we did visit the showroom Mark went above and beyond in not only selling us the recliner for a competitive price, he assembled it and help load it in our vehicle. Hard not to be happy after getting just what we wanted, for the right price and take it home the same day. Thanks Sherwood Studios and Mark Anthony
My wife and I went to Sherwood Studios to look for a recliner. We ended up buying a recliner, a kitchen table and chairs, and a sofa sectional. Their merchandise is first rate and so is their service. Mark Anthony, their manager, helped us maneuver through all these purchases for over an hour. His knowledge of the furniture was impressive, his patience was never-ending, he was very courteous and easy to talk to. He made this a very enjoyable experience. This is an update to my previous 5-star Sherwood Studios furniture store review. The recliner that I ordered was delivered 2 days ago. The chair has a knob at each side of the seat that can be turned to adjust the reclining motion. One knob turned normally but the other knob wouldn’t budge no matter what I tried. I called Sherwood Studios and spoke to Mark Anthony, the manager they are a local, independently owned furniture store where the phone is answered by a real live person who puts you right through to whom you want to speak with and told him the problem. He asked if he could come over to check the chair out. Within 10 minutes he was at my door, toolbox in hand. Using a couple tools and a couple minutes he loosened an over-tightened bolt and problem solved. What an amazing display of first class service after the sale! It was also very refreshing not to have to navigate through a store’s telephone menu system, hold times, and call transfers just in order to schedule a service appointment. Kudos to Sherwood Studios and, especially, Mark Anthony!!
We purchased 2 Stressless chairs at Sherwood Studios. They are the largest Stressless dealership in the area. Their selection was excellent and Mark the owner made our purchase easy. After 2 years one of our chairs needed an adjustment and Mark quickly ordered the part and had it installed quickly. Everyone we have encountered at Sherwood has been helpful and informative. Sherwood may be the front runner in Stressless and they completely stand behind their product.
The staff was friendly, and informative. They were not pushy. They were knowledgeable and accommodating. The furniture was beautiful, unique, but still practical. Thank you Myrna and Mark for excellent service.
