Dr. Sheth is an exceptional pediatrician who deserves every bit of praise. Her kindness and genuine care for her young patients shine through in every interaction. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but her boundless energy creates a vibrant atmosphere in the office. The support staff is equally helpful, making every visit seamless and pleasant. I couldn't recommend Dr. Sheth highly enough - she truly deserves every one of these five stars.
Dr. Sheth’s office hardly ever answers the phone, and never returns phone calls. My husband has had to call multiple times, and email Dr. Sheth to ask for a call back. My daughter has been sick multiple times but we are never able to schedule an appointment. Once after calling several times, leaving many voicemails, and emails later, they were able to schedule an appointment for my daughter. A month later, my daughter was sick again and we called Dr. Sheth to schedule an appointment, but of course no answer, nor a call back. The next day my husband called again and kept calling and leaving messages. We got no phone call back, but instead we got a call from our pharmacy saying my daughter’s prescription was ready. So Dr. Sheth listened to my husband’s voicemails, and instead of calling back, she sent an antibiotic prescription without even examining my daughter. I am sorry but I am not just going to give my daughter antibiotics when you have not even bothered to check what’s going on. Every time my kids are sick, I have to end up taking them to urgent care because Dr. Sheth who is supposed to be their primary care physician is never available. What is the purpose of having a PCP when they’re never available for their patients. And her office staff is simply incompetent. I have been to her office 3 times, and each time they don’t seem to have my insurance card which they have made a copy of, and it has also been emailed to them. But it’s always “we don’t have it on file.” The one and only time that we did see Dr Sheth, she was great and did take her time to answer questions, it’s just too bad that we can never get an appointment.
We recently changed pediatrician offices and we have been so happy with the change. Our daughter loves the doctor and the staff, especially Athena Stabile. She’s so great with her whenever we go in. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician. Thanks to everyone for being so great!
Dr Sheth is amazing. Never any difficulty’s when my kids need to be seen. Everyone is helpful and respectful. Great team!
Dr. Sheth - lovely woman. Very happy with her as a doctor. But that's only when I'm able to schedule an appointment with her. The office very rarely answers I have called 13 times today and never returns calls. My son has been sick on multiple occasions but my voice messages went unanswered, as did my emails and my call to the emergency line. Again, lovely doctor, but impossible to get in contact with which is a major disappointment as I thought I had finally found a steady doctor for my son.
We LOVE DR Sheth! She has been our family dr for over 20years. She’s seen almost every child within my entire family. Always gets my kids in when they need to be seen. Really cares about them and their parents. She is always open and honest with her assessment and give multiple options regarding care and medication options. Always put the child needs and concerns 1st. She is such a Caring doctor. She has my utmost respect and gratitude thank you DR SHETH!!!
Great place overall, Dr. Sheth is wonderful, Great staff always happy to go to the office visit for our regular appointments.
4 starts for dr. sheth, 1 missing for front staff. Waited an hour to be seen and patients that arrived AFTER us were seen BEFORE us. When it comes to children it really is hard to keep them settled for that long. Working in a medical office myself, we always see patients especially children on a first come first serve basis to avoid excessive wait times. Maybe just something front staff can consider.
Such an amazing, professional, knowledgeable, caring doctor! First time I've met her, I instantly decided to book my LO's next appointment and stick with her after such long good Pediatrician search. I feel so blessed to have found her. Feels heaven sent. Thank you, Dr. Sheth for being good at what you do. Keep it up. May we have more doctors like you, keeping the principle and meaning of Healthcare. God bless
Dr. Harsha Sheth is a very very friendly and very good pediatrician I have ever seen. She takes good time to talk to your kids and parents about whatever concerns you have. She is very meticulous, she goes in depth whenever she feels like We are worried. And also she is very practical in terms of financial matters like if you don’t have a coverage for specialty dr or so she will also take care of those matters and recommend you accordingly .... I personally love seeing her and so do my kids. And she makes my kids understand in such a way that my kids follow her .. which is amazing
