Giving Portland a little splash of color they got good deals! Nunu was very helpful and patient when I picked out my first pair of sneakers! Their beanies are super cute too

So I went to easy Lloyd center where it's completely deserted but there are some stores that remain and one of them was this store it was not only was it vibrant and fun and exciting and new it was also a blast of the past you look for anything like Bart Simpson or any of the Looney tune type of feel you'll get it with a bit of a glamor to it I had a lot of fun with the people there they were so nice they were non-judgmental they were helpful and their prices are amazing when I went it was buy one get one free off of items that were already 70% off what an amazing deal I left there with two outfits and a couple of shirts for $35 if you're looking for Adidas Nike or any of those types of brands and or you're looking for awesome shoes you need to try them take a look at them they're good people and what a fun time I had

Bought some shoes while on a trip to SF, made sure to check I could return them at this store if needed. Shoes didn't work out but by the time I'm back in town to return them the mall is closed due to a power outage. Unfortunately my household was hit with COVID during that time and I had to quarantine for 10 days. Finally made it to the store to return some brand new, unused sneakers and I'm told they can't accept them because it's past 30 days. I try to explain why but nope, don't care, past 30 days, no one else to talk to about this except to call customer service. So I call and I'm told I need to text the District Manager but no answer there whatsoever. Things are tough and everyone is struggling, not sure why Shiekh is actively making even more difficult to get by...

Great customer service in store, but I will say one worker convinced me to get a monthly subscription with the pair of shoes I was going to buy in store, which to start is a cool idea, but I not only waited 2 months for my box to come through, but when it came in it didn’t even have the shoes I originally wanted from the store the worker told me I’d get the pair I wanted along with other goodies and the other things inside were HORRIBLE. I’d NEVER wear the things they actually sent me, but again I’m more upset over the fact they couldn’t even give me the shoes I had originally purchased. Now, and probably the most important thing, I can’t get ahold of anyone. They have an email that no one responds to and their phone number is disconnected. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, but just because the workers are nice 1 seems fair.

I called into this location to see if they had a specific color shoe in a specific price range. Instead of trying to help me I was told I would be able to find something since it is the mall. Now, I appreciate the fact that the guy was trying to help and I understand the point he tried to make which was that he doesn't know my taste, BUT I had just told the other employee that I was going to have to be in and out as they were for work and I would have to run in before I had to be AT work. This employee had cut me off, telling me to hold on and just put this other guy on the phone. I had no idea he was even getting someone else to speak with me. I just found the experience to be very unhelpful and that was definitely a loss on their part. I know one customer doesn't make too much of a difference but, I am a really big sneaker head and that was very unprofessional in my opinion. Sometimes people have emergencies like mine and need a little extra help on the customer service end. I mean come on it doesn't take that much effort. The guy didn't even attempt to learn more about my style or anything. You could clearly tell he didn't want to deal with figuring that much out. Sorry to rant but, this ticked me off! The location was perfect for my route to work and now I am having to travel out of my way because I couldn't get assistance here.

I got a pair of Air Jordan Retro 6 Chameleon or All Star Edition shoes from here last year and the only size left that actually fit me was a size 11. The other thing that surprised me is that they were on sale for $128.00, which is a steal, because they were originally a whopping $225.00.

To be honest they have cool materials with awesome throwbacks I have bought shoes and clothes over there. The employees are pretty good at interacting. love the store

I seriously don't know how this store is open. Walked in today and not 1, not 2, but 3 employees on the floor. Zero customers but myself, and zero greetings from all 3. I wouldn't spend a dime in that store if they had a 99.9% off clearance sale. Horrible customer service and employees. Can them all.

Great customer services! Bought my daughter a pair of shoes here and the employees were very helpful. Very clean and organized.
