I don’t ever leave reviews but after my first cosmetic appointment ever I can’t help but express my gratitude! I was so nervous and could barley get my words out but my amazing nurse Brittney made me feel so comfortable and understood through my entire appointment. She listened and explained everything to me in depth to understand what I wanted and made me feel heard and not pushed into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I left feeling so overjoyed and happy, I am so grateful that I chose her to be my injector! Thank you again Brittney!!!

All of the nurse injectors at Dr Ching’s are phenomenal! Chloe’s expertise in knowing what my skin needed and didn’t need! is amazing. She took a long time in discussing my concerns and made me feel comfortable and confident in the procedures she suggested. 1000% recommended! Britt has a great bedside manner. She takes the time to listen to what you want, will offer her own recommendations, and together decide on what’s best for you. She believes in keeping you comfortable and as pain free as possible. Made an appt for fillers for nasolabial folds and was automatically assigned to Chloe. When arriving, I told her I wanted fillers for my folds and she told me my problem is I need chin fillers. I was shocked because I’ve never thought I’d had a problem with my chin. I then proceeded to ask her what type of fillers they offer and she replied “we have everything. It’s up to me to choose what is best for you.” To be honest she was very rude and not very caring or informative. This is only the second time I’ve ever gone in for filler in my life and just looking to refill my folds and always cautious since I’m not experienced with going in often for cosmetic services. I figured since she’s a professional I can trust her so I agreed to 3 syringes with 2ml going into my chin and the rest in folds. When the process started, she didn’t even bother to disinfect my my skin and just messily smeared the numbing cream on me. Fast forward a week later I now have a very noticeable witch’s chin that is too long for my face and my folds were not properly filled. Terrible, terrible experience compared to my first fillers experience at a different provider. Don’t recommend going to her.

I've been going to Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery since 2019. I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Shim Ching & have been returning regularly for other services. I recently went to get botox & filler done with Brittney -- I usually go to Rita, but I made my appointment last minute & Brittney was able to accomodate me. Rita always does an amazing job with my botox & filler, so I'm not gonna lie, I was a little nervous to try someone new. Which is exactly why I'm writing this review! Brittney did an amazing job! I felt so comfortable with her right off the bat. We had a very thorough consultation -- I honestly didn't think she would, considering that I come regularly, & would just ask what I normally get done & do it. But no! She went over everything as if it were my first time & explained all the different options of neurotoxins I could do & why. Honestly, I normally just go in & let them do their thing, but Brittney really took the time to explain everything & so now I have such a better understanding of what I get done so I can better share my experience with others & if they should get it done too. I usually get quite a bit of botox done to my face my 11's, my forehead, crows feet, & lip flip & I do a syringe of filler for my lips. But I was expressing to Brittney that sometimes I don't feel like I want/need all that & told her what my most problem areas were & she suggested that I do Daxxify to my 11's which is my worst area - Daxxify works quicker & lasts longer than Botox, & some light botox to my forehead to preserve some movement I still like to look expressive, not frozen, & we opted to not do the lip flip anymore or crows feet because I felt like it was too much stiffness on the face. We still did the syringe of filler on my lips, which she did a beautiful job! Very happy with my first time experience with Brittney & I look forward to having both her & Rita as amazing options for injectables. The entire team at APPS is honestly so great to work with because I always feel so comfortable & safe with all of them.

The Shim Ching "Sham". None of my surgeries turned out how I was informed they would after the hassle of the surgery and recovery. I am extremely unsatisfied with the results and now I have permanent scars. To make matters worse, the office experience was horrible. Every time I was at the office, I ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour past the time I was scheduled. The day of my surgery, they made me wait over 4 hours without compensation or apologies until I finally said something about leaving, they got me in. The girls at the front desk came off as stuck up and I don't think I ever saw a smile from one in particular Olivia. I felt like I was bothering them every time I had to ask when I'd be seen after long waits. I had missed a follow up appointment due to work which I called to reschedule for and was completely ignored. So, thousands of dollars waisted and not the results I was hoping for with a terrible experience. The only good part was one of the nurses that informed you about the procedure prep... bless her for brightening up my experience regardless of the rest.

Best decision I’ve ever made! Dr Ching made my first experience a breeze! Staff is very welcoming and easy to work with! Don’t forget to book your lymphatic drainage massages with Sasha post op. She’s the best! CAN’T WAIT FOR NEXT SURGERY!!

My overall experience with Dr. Shim Ching has been amazing. From start to finish he has always had my health and wellbeing as his number one priority. I highly recommend Dr. Shim Ching and his entire team. Especially Kristine, she has gone over and beyond from scheduling appointments to follow-ups and following through with any type of request that I may of had during this process.
