The store is incredibly well-stocked. Everything was easily accessible. The help was not as helpful as they are on the west end. I would not shop there on a regular basis because of the lack of service.
Very disappointed in the communication and service. Purchased a AT125 four wheeler for our youngest kids. Hasn't really ran right from the get go. Then dropped it of for service because it won't run in AUGUST OF 2022. Still isn't fixed and sitting at your shop. Have had to stop by multiple times to see what is up, no communication besides that the parts are on the way.
Great selection. Low key, relaxing atmosphere. Clerks are very courteous. Prices are as fair as possible these days! Save yourself that Westend traffic hassle, go to Shiptons's East and enjoy your shopping excursion. Love the ladies t-shirts with the roosters on the front, GO GET YOURSELF ONE!
Nice place that has been there forever. I normally go there for clothes but they have many many more things than that.
They have the science diet treats for my little dog. No where else in town has them
I purchased 3 clothing items from them for me and my 2 kids I guess wrong on sizes so receipts tags and all they only took one iten
The Carhartt selection is great. Staff are a lot more helpful. West end location should take some pointers from them on customer service. The two ladies were very helpful. Was a pleasure.
I purchased new work boots and gloves. Finding exactly what I needed for outdoor work with livestock, to putting up new posts has always been easy and affordable. Four star's.
Found boots for Grandson for 40% off. Lady cashier was very nice.
The staff at this location goes beyond, in terms of customer service! My shopping experience and interaction on a particular item was, and has been extremely pleasing. No matter how busy they are, each customer gets all the time they need to get questions answered and transaction completed.
