This was my first time here. I am very happy with the service. They changed my catalytic converter. Before the service was carried out, I was called, estimation made, price told and explained. Communication is excellent and everyone was nice, friendly and down-to-earth. Payment is hassle free, cards accepted and invoice given. This will be my number one service in the future! Mot was well behind forgot called them they squeezed me in same day was done in an hour and advised of some work that needs to be done. Thank you guys well appreciated

Good garage for all your mechanical issues, had my water pumps replaced twice by Toyota in a week under warranty but the second one also stopped working within 24hrs of installation. But on taking the car to Shiva MOT centre, the water pump issue on my prius got resolved like it never happened.
