Shogun Steakhouse of Japan

This place needs a good power washing...and the $30/plate price tag just stings. The floors, tables, menus, and grills were all dirty. Our table sat where we could see part of the back kitchen area. There was trash, food, and dirt all over the floors. Just not something you want to see as you sit down to eat dinner. We ordered a sushi appetizer that didn’t arrive until after our meal was cooked (we had to ask twice for it). Our hibachi rice was undercooked. I’m really not a dramatic person, but I nearly chipped a tooth trying to eat it. Compared to other hibachi restaurants, the serving size was very small...and they DID NOT HAVE YUM YUM SAUCE (aka sexy sauce)! Our hibachi chef said it was the same thing meant for ‘meats’ but it was NOT the same thing. I do want to say our hibachi chef was polite and did try to put on a good show. Unfortunately, we will likely not return.

Up market dining place. If you want to experience view an quite dinning then head to sir down dinning area. If you have kids along with you choose live grill option. Quantity is really good. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We wanted to replace the rice option with noodles even though it was not on the menu. They accommodated our request. I feel you just need to ask them and they will try their best to meet you requirement. The ambiance was very pleasant.

King is so amazing and talented when it comes to cooking for us. He always talks to us, jokes around and makes us laugh. Food is always very good. Atmosphere is very nice. I always enjoy my experience here.

So good. Every bite, every employee. So good! The experience was gobs of fun and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
