Sonny runs a good store and knows his stuff. Of note: they have all the good bases you need to make soups and gravies. Whole tubes of pork roll (Trenton), ti ti shrimp, sea legs(which are hard to find). Ham base, seafood base, etc... Bulk spices and cheeses, and rubs. And they have those plastic containers the Chinese food places use. Very good for freezing and a really good deal. For about $12 you can get 50 containers with lids. Compare to food store price. They also have pro equipment and kitchen utensils. I really like this place. And they're open at 6am, so I can stop on the way to work.
