Short Stop Poboys

If you're into the classic po-boy, you cannot top Short Stop. Seafood friend to perfection, plenty of it, bread has a crunch and then a chew, dressed just right. Love this.

A favorite of mine since childhood and the first stop for lunch when traveling into New Orleans. It is always good to get your favorite on that crunchy bread wrapped up with paper.

Omg this place is by far my favorite place in NO. I had a shrimp po boy and a gumbo and the po boys was good but that gumbo was slapping.

They have the best fried fish and shrimp poboys with delicious dill tartar sauce. Also, I love their potato salad. Definitely a local favorite.

Ordered a shrimp Po boy not dressed and there were pieces of lettuce all throughout my sandwich which are signs of a dirty sandwich prep area. I give the sandwich from 1-10 a 5 could have been better.

Had the meatball sandwich. Honestly, I have had better. The meatballs were too small. I like the meatballs to be large enough to cover the bread.

Super solid place! Real friendly staff too.
