I’ve been going to show grow for a while now. This time I wanted a cartridge so when I opened the box it came like this. I tried showing the employees but they said it was fine when clearly it’s missing some! I’ve had bought many carts before I’ve never had this problem.

They are always efficient. Super nice; I've legit never had a bad experience with this location. They did change their curbside from being 2 lines to like 5-6 spots. It will be interesting to see how that works due to this place for good reasons are always busy. But I have never met and I might be a frequent flyer...however; it's do to them always being so awesome. Staff that are alway just so chill and efficient. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Just had a spectacular experience here! No it was not 100% perfect, we ordered curbside pickup, and got a great deal on the products Buy 2 Get 1 Deal. There was a slight mix up in which products I ordered and which products I received. So parked and walked into the store, to a more than apologetic and understanding staff and management. Corrected our issue and sent us on our way happy, you have new faithful customers in us! Of all the spots in Vegas, you should be using this spot!

They are quick. Always positive attitudes and great service. This is the second day in a row this week and both days were great experiences. All workers know their stuff and if they don't, I love that they ask someone who does instead of just selling me anything, or anything I didn't ask for. Thank you! Keep up the fantastic work.

AUSTIN WAS UNBELIEVABLY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WHEN IT CAME TO HELPING ME! I have never been helped so well when it came to dispensary’s. I have been in Vegas a few times and went to a few diff places but I won’t ever go back anywhere else but here. The place was so well organized and run. Staff was impeccable Austin again. The main reason this place is going to run so beautifully and we’ll is because of employees like him. He honestly made this such a nice process and it didn’t make me feel like I was just being rushed to buy whatever was in the store. Again thank you Austin!

Can I give a thousand stars? I’m so thankful you guys are 24 hours. From ordering, to walking in and the nice gentleman who assisted me to the door, the sweety at front was so kind and the gentleman who rang me out was soooo much fun to chat with! Totally got me in a great mood to start my day. The Fact I ordered from the Jack in the box line and they were ready when I pulled in, was amazing! The variety, the people and environment is so great!!! Love ShowGrow!!!

I usually have a great experience here I’ve been going to this location for the last three years. Today however, Catlyn probably a new employee was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I really think she should find another job that she enjoys doing or can at least do without scowling at customers.

Love the curbside service option. Products are great, reasonable, and with a wonderful variety. Most importantly the customer service is top notch. Eric and G are wonderful! Friendly, funny and certainly provides a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Every time I stop at ShowGrow it's always a quick, and simple experience. I haven't met an employee that wasn't knowledgeable or excited to talk about weed. It's refreshing and will continue to shop at ShowGrow. Everyone is lovely.

I'm new to the area and, thus, new to dispensaries. Omar, as well as the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful! I was actually coming in at 3am having a rough night and they really cheered me up. Will definitely be coming back!
