This USED TO BE a good place to take your paper for shredding. They no longer have their business and operate out of a truck in the back. I brought a small moving box that was not even full and was charged $20. That's about double the price I used to pay. I should have walked away. Zero stars is more accurate.
Very rude customer service agent. Needless to say, I won't be spending my money here.
I had more than 4 boxes...7 to be exact. I called at 1030 for an appointment. Was able to get in at 1pm. I watched while my documents were shredded to bits. I was ouf there by 115. I will return for my future shredding needs.
Brought 5 13 gallon trash bags...3 were half full. When all of my trash was placed in trash shredder can..the trash didn't even fill half of the can and I was charged $45. Too much compared to the other reviews :-
