OMG YES!!! CAJUNS PARTY LIKE CRAZY FOR THIS. SOME DRINK SOME DONT. If you've never been to it your missing out. A great time to enjoy your time with your family, friends & loved ones.

Always enjoy this festival. They have good food. Lots of variety but a little on the expensive side. The rides and game area is very good for kids. I'm a local resident of the area.

We like it, it is fun. Could use more southern food. More local food. More shrimp. Promote more locals. Maybe could use cleaner rides.

Major decline over the years, or I just got older and care for it less. Same old fair rides (that's refreshing) and still great crafts; the bands were worse than I've seen in a while, but the beer was priced decently. I had a really foul tasting soft-shell crab poboy, however. Did not try a hurricane this year, but they have always been on point, watch out for indigestion, though.

One of the best parts if growing up in South Louisiana was the zydeco Creole culture of the shrimp and petroleum festival. Its a reason ill always have to come back and visit! Great fun, games, entertainment, music, and socializing with the Louisana spice and charm!
