It’s a good theatre for a small town, though it was lacking in a few areas. There are only three screens, and when I went only two people working. One on register and one cleaning. While they were doing their best and busting their ass it was slightly inconvenient. Their card reader also decided to go down at this time and I had to leave line twice to go get cash.

Good movie experience...1 con they change times for movies and you arrive and it is already playing.

I went to see a movie that was posted on their website to play at 2:00 on January 3rd, 2018. When I arrived to the movie theatre (1:35) the sign on the door said closed. After 5 minutes went by, about 7 cars pulled into the parking lot and a group of about 2-3 dozen headed toward the entrance. We were all told that they weren't showing any afternoon showings. I told the lady who refused our service that their website said they had a 2:00 showing and the response I got was a door closed in my face and locked. If there were other movie theatres in ruidoso, then I would never go back to this one ever again.

There’s no other option in town so what can you really expect? Great prices but would happily pay more for a superior product. Generally unclean bathrooms, lobby, and theatre. Understaffed and waited over 30 minutes to get my daughter popcorn. Outdated sound and picture. Noise pollution through walls from neighboring movie. Staff was nice but couldn’t keep up with demand.

Concession line for snacks was super long and had to wait til movie was started to get snacks. But once snacks were gotten they were enjoyed immensely and for a great price. Maybe two lines for snacks would be helpful :)
