Had a small kitchen double pane that the seal was broken and could not see through it. Called Sierra Grass to check on replacing. Robert came to my house within about 2 hours. Checked the window gave me an estimate and told me the office would call me to confirm price. The gentleman called me within an hour and confirmed price and scheduled appointment to install. Robert came on scheduled day and time. Replaced window. Great service, Robert was very knowledgeable and made some recommendations about some other issues. Sierra glass was very helpful in deciding if I should board three windows first or to have them just replace the windows. Only an honest company will make sure you know all your options instead of just selling you the expensive option. When they came out, the windows were replaced in approximately 1/2 hour. Thank you for the great service.
Sierra Glass responded within a few minutes to my phone call on a Saturday morning and sent an efficient, courteous repair person to replace a shattered patio door within a few hours. I will use this company again.

I’m very happy with the window replacement. I called, made an appointment for an estimate for a cracked bedroom window. Jesse came & installed the window without leaving a mess or making a racket, all done in under 30 minutes. Perfect. You can’t even tell one of the windows were replaced, absolutely seamless.
