We recently had a new television installed at our home. The service was excellent. Joel, in sales, provided meaningful options and the pricing was very competitive with the "Big Box" stores. The installers, Chris and Jeremiah, were professional, courteous and on time per the schedule. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend Sight and Sound Systems.
I have had a fantastic experience with Sight and Sound Systems! Our sales person, Scott T., was very knowledgeable, respectful of our time, and attentive to our needs. He really worked with us to offer solutions that exactly met our current and potential future needs. He was always quick to answer/reply to questions we had along the way and provided much appreciated guidance when we could not make our mind. They did a very good job with us. I recommend and I will use them for future needs!
Chris and Hurl just completed the final install and “white glove” setup of our home internet and other integrated home automation systems at our new home in Lake Frederick. They were both highly professional, personable, treated our new home respectfully, and worked “hand-in-glove” with me to get all our new systems e.g., router, Ring doorbell, smart light switches, smart thermostat, Amazon Show, smart garage door opener, etc cleanly installed, setup, and on-line. They are a great “in-home” service duo for S&S. Thank you Chris and Hurl!
Outstanding experience from Suleiman, Chris, Josue and Israel! They did a fantastic job for us. I was impressed by their professionalism and patience. Suleiman was great at teaching us how to use our system after the installation. He stayed late to ensure that everything was working properly. I strongly recomend Suleiman and his team to anyone.
Suleiman and Chris from Sight and Sound are an awesome team. Great professionalism. Showed up in time and did a splendid job setting up my home theatre and also helped with items that needed advice as professionals which they heeded to and helped me with my tasks. Truly thankful and would recommended them for any media or home security systems.
Chris, Wes, Jeremiah, Josue, and Israel installed our new Sonos system and televisions throughout the house and activated it today. They did an excellent job and were very helpful and showing us how to operate the system. Sight and Sound always provides quick response and professional service for our system that they installed in our home. On short notice, they sent out a technician today to resolve an issue we were having with part of our system. The technician was very professional and couteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. He then throughly explained what he did, and showed us better ways to operate the system and made recommendations for some updates to make our system operate better. We were very happy with his service.
Suleiman and Chris did a fantastic job for us. These are the types of professionals I'd like to be associated with: expert knowledge, patient, professional, bring alternatives and listen to the clients. Sight & Sound has done a lot of work for me at a couple locations. Most recently they added a TV and cameras to our newly-built deck, plus a few miscellaneous items. Suleiman and Chris were very professional and helpful. The quality of the work is top-notch. I highly recommend them.
