The woman who owns this place and is kind enough to simply cut my hair and let me unload is beyond awesome. Sure you need to get on the schedule and factor in a bit of a buffer, but she makes it very clear that that is what salons are for. So you do you! Get pampered! Forget what time is and enjoy it as if you didn’t have a care in the world.

Loved getting haircut by Val! She didn't break a sweat or sacrifice excellent service and results while having different phases of color going at the same time on other clients. And simultaneously, I felt very comfortable and she went above and beyond to ensure the cut I was looking for was accomplished, even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted! I felt like I could relax when she was cutting my hair, no rookie vibes that's for sure. The shampoo and head massage was divine, she has strong hands, but I didn't mind. Wonderful family business that is a joy to support and great location! Thanks Val, I'll be back!

'I Feel like a Woman'. Let's face it, it's been a rough year. So, I treated myself to a luxurious hair wash and style. And, I feel like a new woman. Valerie is a perfectionist. Very knowledgeable, creative and friendly. I really needed a consult on the best way to give my hair body and bounce, and Valerie came through for me! I highly recommend this charming salon.. 5 star performance!

I called here on a Tuesday at 11:10 and Valerie was able to get me in at 11:50! I can honestly say she gave me the best haircut I've had in my 22 years of living. I can finally feel confident with my hairstyle. Even though it was my first time meeting Valerie, she made me feel as comfortable as if I had known her for years.

Valerie is great. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 20 years. I take my two daughters to her as well. She always makes sure I am happy with the results. She offers opinions on color choices. I trust Valerie so much that there have been times when i just tell her to pick a good color for me and I havent been disappointed.

I have never had such a great haircut. I felt beyond special. Darcy took all the time in the world with me. I'm 76 and feel like 30. Thanks so much.

I got a nice healthy trim from Val, and an hour facial from Katie. I was a first timer here and I enjoyed all my services! I'll definitely be back for a facial regularly and a trim! Everyone was super friendly and offered great products.

I got a terrific haircut and style with Valerie. I've already booked my next appointment for next month. Her salon is also a boutique with lots of vintage offerings.

I purchased a Groupon for 1 Brazilian wax for this salon and they managed to squeeze me in the same day I purchased it and called - awesome! And on a Saturday, which I thought would be a long shot. The girl who did my Brazilian wax was GREAT, best wax I've received since getting Brazilian waxes, and I've tried about four different places. She was quick, thorough and virtually painless. I swear the whole service couldn't have taken more than 20 minutes. I was so impressed. I plan on purchasing another Groupon ASAP and I've been recommending her to everyone. As a side note, there's the cutest boutique associated with the salon in the bottom floor of the location, and they have all kinds of awesome kitch-y items that are SO reasonably priced, I did double-takes. Such a great find in Broadripple, I plan on patroning them a great deal in the future.

Oh my goodness... Katie did a brazilian wax for me, my 1st ever, front and back she had me out of there in less than 10min. the staff was very friendly and didn't mind my blurting profanities through the service... i highly recommend this place and Katie! i've already recommended to most of my friends and coworkers.
