Repair seems fine. My issue is that the job ran 2 days past the 30 day rental coverage, costing me $80. On pick up day 2 days late, I called at 3pm and was told the car needed to be detailed and to come the next day. After explaining that I was already paying for the rental, I was told to come at 5:30. When I arrived the car had not been cleaned internally or externally. There is a layer of work dust inside my car. Additionally, the manager explained that the brake light sensor was triggering but didn't know why and didn't believe her staff set it off. At present my rear brake lights are not working. This was not the case when I dropped off the car. Unacceptable.Service: Body & Trim
Poor paint quality. Bumper not properly aligned. Horrible communication. Calls not returned in timely manner. No, vehicle updates. Asked for estimates on another service 3 times, they were never given.
The employees are really nice but the Manager has to approve everything before they can do anything. My vehicle had to be there longer than expected because they ordered the wrong part, which put me and my young child without a car and they do not offer any kind of accommodations. If your Insurance Company recommend this company don't go find somewhere else to go. They wil give you excuses about everything being on back order. They do a poor job on body work. Will lose parts and pieces to your car check every part of your car before leaving. Never finished work on time.Service: Body & Trim
Quality work on tight deadlines, fantastic covid-19 restrictions as well. I felt safe and my car came out great in a few days time and that's with damage to the front and back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for peace of mind.
The communication between me and staff were fairly exceptional. I was informed thoroughly on repair times and this rating would be higher except as time progressed I found not only did they stop communicating with my rental company in regards to me but it took way longer for the repairs than described on my paperwork. Not only that but whomever worked on my vehicle left my interior a filthy and markings on the exterior of the car.
Very courteous and great service. They stayed open late to help me with an emergency issue. I would definitely use them again.
Customer service personnel were polite. However, the actual repair is shaping up to be a nightmare. The repair was quoted to be done in 6 days, it took them a month to deem my car ready for pickup. When they returned my vehicle I noticed scratches, paint in places it should not be, dirty inside my vehicle, the emblem is missing, billed repairs have not been made, I got my car back with NO GAS ...and that's just some of what's wrong!!!!Service: Body & Trim
