Signature Health is a healthcare provider located in SW Portland. We offer chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy services at our facility inside the West Hills Office Plaza.
We believe that a multi-disciplinary approach to treating conditions is the most effective, which is why we provide chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and sports therapy at the same location.
Our team is responsible for successfully rehabilitating hundreds of individuals with injuries ranging from minor lower back pain to more serious bodily injuries. We have extensive success in treating soccer injuries specifically and works closely with many of the local Oregon soccer leagues.

I had a great experience coming here for both chiropractic and acupuncture services. I had a horrible pain in my neck and this helped relieve it in just a few days. Acupuncture has been wonderful as well for my shoulder pain. The clinic is very clean and everyone is nice and professional. Highly recommend this place to everyone I know.
Dr Tuttle and his staff are amazing. They are very sincere, caring and professional. Although the practice is busy, you still feel like you are Dr. Tuttle's only patient. They make you feel calm and somehow you know that whatever you are experiencing, it is going to get better. Dr. Tuttle's treatments really work but you have to do your part as well, listen and follow through. I very highly recommend this practice.
John Tuttle has been very helpful and my experience at this clinic has been great. Will definitely keep coming back here as needed. The receptionist/ front desk is very friendly and professional. She provides great customer service.
Amazing staff and Doctors. I took my son in for a soccer injury and Dr. Tuttle was honest and explained the injury. He has a very natural approach. Knowing my son is a competitive soccer player he was able to work with our coach to come up with exercises my son could do during practices so my son wasn’t just sitting on the sidelines watching his team. My son was able to get back to playing much faster with Dr. Tuttle’s approach and understanding of his injury. We have told many of our friends about Dr. Tuttle and he is one of the best around.
Great chiropractor. They were able to get me in quickly, accurately assess the issue, and come up with a realistic treatment plan. Additionally they provided exercises that will help remediate the issue in the future. Great place!!
Friendly, helpful and resourceful front office staff along with a competent and knowledgeable Dr. Tuttle makes this practice one of kind in greater PDX area. Scheduling made simple with extended evening hours on some days and followed up with courteous text messages to make sure I didn't forget the appointments. The treatments were effective and mostly pain free and now I am able to move freely after 3 months of treatment! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for chiro/massage care I didn't get acupuncture service so i can't say about that one.
Over the last three years I have had three very painful muscle strains that I feared were serious low back disc-related problems. I was skeptical of chiropractic having never sought treatment before. With the first injury, over a period of several months I was making no progress on my own with rest, ice, ibuprofen and progressive strengthening exercises. Signature Health and Dr. Tuttle came highly recommended so I gave them a try. I could not have been more pleased with the results. Within 3 treatments each of the injuries were significantly better and completely resolved within a month. I recently returned for treatment for tendonitis. Again, treatment was successful, Treatment included helpful exercises to be done at home between sessions. I recommend Signature Health.
I have been going here for years. John has helped me with sports related injuries as well as other pains. I would highly recommend to anyone with any sorts of pain or stiffness.
I have been seeing Dr. Tuttle for about a year to receive treatment for a chronic injury that would often cause headaches. The adjustments coupled with massage therapy have made me feel better than I have in years. I have way fewer headaches and can do many more things without pain or discomfort. Everyone at Signature Health Chiropractic is incredibly kind and professional and I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for an extremely skilled and knowledgable team.
I have been going to see Dr. John Tuttle at Signature Health for 15 years, as he works on various ankle, knee, hip and back issues connected to skiing, biking, basketball... and now getting old! Dr. John and his staff are caring, professional, and make the chiropractic experience feel like going to see a trusted friend. He always finds the way to get me back in sync and back in the game!
