Signature Waste

For 3 weeks now our trash has not been picked up. Only to be told by the office staff our can was not out when the truck came by it’s unbelievable. We paid in full for the year but can’t go on like this. I guess our only choice is to cancel our charge and switch.

They have already missed me twice in less than 2 months. I was told I would get a call back to explain why they missed my pickup cameras on truck. It has been a week now with no call back or excuse. Starting to regret switching already. One more missed pick up and I’m gone.

Been with them less than a year, but they've never missed a pick up. Trash weekly, recycling bi-weekly. My only complaint is that I signed up with the promise of it being $45 quarterly for the first year and after 2 months I got a letter saying that they were adding a $6 administrative fee to each bill.
