Spoke to a "sales" person about an outdoor sign, who claimed I could have it within a few days. I uploaded the image file and received a confirmation. A week + later I have yet to hear a word from them. I have tried to reach them via the phone during posted business hours and am met with a recording that indicates they are closed.

Our company Essential Pest Control recently had our outdoor sign created and installed by them. The were done to my design and the installation went great. There were only a couple of errors on the panels (nothing anyone would have noticed...other than me, the designer), and upon speaking to them, they came back and corrected them. That in itself is a testament of good business practice; to stand behind your work, and with no hassle or extra charge come back and make the fixes. That, we truly appreciate!
