I’ve been wanting to walk-in here for over a year and today I came in to get a lower leg wax and a deep facial but I wanted some info about the type of wax and facial products before the service because my skin is sensitive and the customer service was terrible… she was so rude to me and my daughter! My daughter is 3 years old and she yelled at her and snatched a decoration from her hand! I have never felt so uncomfortable in a beauty place like ever! I can’t believe how rude she was! I literally had to walk out, I was disgusted with the customer service!

I just came here for a Brazlian wax, upper lip and chin wax. I had Bhumi and she was the best ive ever had. The experience was 10/10. I told her im very sensative and my pain tolerance is low and she did so well with me and took it slow. I will deff come back to her. Thank you Bhumi!!!!!!

I got my brows threaded and I really liked the way I was treated, great atmosphere and really nice lady. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I’ve gotten my brows threaded 4-5 times here and each time they always do a GREAT JOB!!! It is not hurtful, and if you want your brows threaded, they ask you afterwards they’re done with your brows if you want aloe Vera or oil to soothe the skin, get aloe. Aloe Vera is much better and doesn’t break out your skin, just my personal preference bc of my skin type, but each of their own.

I absolutely love this place She is so friendly and makes you feel as comfortable as you can be as you get your hair ripped out . Lol This place is also super far from me but I come back because of the service I would give them 10 stars if i could

Rushed my eyebrow service and now I have incredibly thin mismatch brows. I was visibly upset and she didn't really offer anything to remedy it. Just kept making excuses about my natural brow and saying she didn't know i dont like them thin despite this being my 4th time here. Never going back so angry I could cry. Edit: the owner is adding fake 5 star reviews beware

Ask for Bhumi to do your eyebrows. She’s 1/2 of the only ladies I’ve found to be able do lashes that don’t require any direction. She just gets it! I’ve done my lashes with manyyyyy people in many places. Bhumi is the only one I trust. My other lady retired from a different salon & I’m so glad I can depend on Bhumi at Sika.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and it’s truly upsetting to see how consistent customers get treated. The first time there was an incident I told her my skin is sensitive and after I left, I felt tingling and I realized I had a burn mark on my under arm. I’m a firm believer of second chances but seriously ?? And one of the services out of multiple today was a face wax which isn’t the first time I get it so I don’t understand how this happened. When I asked her how that red mark happened, she didn’t apologize and automatically blamed me??? And I felt rushed even though I got there around 7:15 and it’s a while before closing. The girl with a shoulder length cut was not accommodating, accountable, or generally personable and it’s a shame because the amount of alive small businesses are decreasing. Beware.

Took my daughter to get her first deep pore facial. Happily paid about $100with tip. They used NO STEAM. The machine was broken I was in the front and my daughter was in a room . She didn't tell me till we were home. It was her first time she had no idea. They definitely should have told me they couldn't do a proper facial. Essentially I paid $100 face wash and scrubed and some extractions that clearly could have been better with softened skin.

For BROWS specifically make sure you ask for Sunita or Kaia. I forgot to this and even though I emphasized how I need clean up and no change in shape Sonu took too much from the beginning of the brow - see left side of the pic. I’m just furious I did not do my own brows. It’s true that my brows at the beginning are not super full but it’s still pretty brutal to go on and just take out so much from the actual brow left side : Update 2023: I went again in 2021 and kept going there 2021-23 then I moved so can’t go any more. Super happy with Bhumi’s services.
