I've only been here twice, both times during the Corona virus And I will be going here from now on!! this is by far my favorite salon in Maine, She always does my nails so perfectly!! They also have the cutest little Chihuahua! I forget to take pictures of my first set. But they were a lavender cat eye that turned pink when warm. And they were also BEAUTIFULL!

Completely unprofessional. I went with my friend to get our nails done but by the time she was done I was running for the door. A coffin is not an almond, sorry. You also got blue polish all over her hands and charged her 20$ more than the listed price. Unprofessional all around. My friend is pregnant and I was just trying to take her out instead of doing her nails myself - I’m a nail tech but it’s always fun going out to a salon and getting pampered together. She’s rude and not kind!! Edit: as you can see from this persons response, she literally admitted she did coffin, despite literally yelling at me when I asked for her to fix it to coffin. Shame on you

I was a bit disappointed when I sat down and was getting my nails done. I had originally asked for almond shaped nails in which I was asked what I wanted I had said almond and specified by adding in “the round ones”. She then started on my nails and checked with me on length not shape. So when she took clippers and clipped my tips she even said “good length” I said yes. Now to my surprise when she continued she never made my nails almond. I luckily had my friend with me who helped advocate it was not right shape. My friend is a nail tech. Reason I hadn’t spoke up at that point was because even when I mentioned some of my nails were crooked I was told by her “I’m not done wait” so to my understanding we were on same page but she never fixed the shape and the crooked nail. I also left with nail polish on the back side of my hands and felt extremely uncomfortable how she raised her voice at my friend and I. On top of all this unfortunately she didn’t make any effort to make conversation or see how her client’s day was going. I just hope that this place takes into consideration my review and tries to be a bit more better. Overall, my sister and I had been going there for years and that was first time I had this experience.Service: Acrylic nails

Sila is the Best Nail Specialist I have Ever been to. She ALWAYS courteous and professional. I am serious nail biter...She makes my hands look beautiful. Thank You Sila for your hard work and dedication!

I have had a hard time finding someone who can do my nails the way I want them. These are beautiful and they look like my real nails. Depending on where you go they do not take care of your cuticles and my nails always looked too big for my hand. These are great! Thank you so much, I will be back!!
