At our studio we offer a wide variety of alternative women’s fitness classes. We offer classes in beginner to advance spinning pole dance, Zumba, twerk fit and fitness classes. Our studio provides a positive, safe, nonjudgmental and supportive atmosphere where women can take pride in being all of the strong, beautiful, courageous, creative, sexy, intelligent and unique things being a woman is all about.
