Ryan, Francis, Samantha & their Manager could not have been more pleasant, nice, accommodating, & fun. All smiles and good vibes from the second we taxied onto their ramp. The line guys quickly addressed all our needs and took care of our lav & water immediately upon arrival. They went above and beyond to help us with our luggage which helped us get on our way as quickly as possible Very important for a 135 Flight Crew. Additionally they took the time to give us a ton of local recommendations & everyone we interacted with was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, even on a Friday afternoon. We recently dropped passengers at Air7 in Camarillo. I found their attention to detail to be top notch. We were on a tight schedule and they helped us keep that schedule down to the minute. The line techs fueled us as our glassware was being cleaned inside. We also loved the touch of having cold drinks and snacks waiting for crew and passengers as they deplane. It definitely doesn’t hurt that we got some hats and water bottles as swag for the crew! P.S. keep the sparkling waters!
Air 7 is the elite executive Jet Charter and Aircraft Rental Service at the Camarillo Airport. The flight desk is prompt and gives excellent customer service and support. The ground crew is there servicing your plane with prompt action and discrete customer service.You can not afford to receive second rate service.
Best FBO operations in southern California. They have a fantastic location and great customer service. A wonderful group of people who offer all the services a private aircraft owner needs. It's all about your experience and customer service. Try them next time you are flying in southern California. You will be glad you did.
Fantastic customer service and excellent Jet Charter Service. What a beautiful FBO for private planes nad people who want their privacy. Air 7 Charter is by far the best Fixed Base Operator in Southern California.
Should have a warning sign for "small" airplanes not to come: the manager, Tom, will scold you in front of your passengers until you're sorry for buying fuel with them. Too bad that I fly jets professionally as well: we'll be going to Sun Air from now on.
