I am writing this review and giving it 5 stars just because of the security guard early in the morning. I don't like the fact that the company has small staging area but does not let the truck stay overnight. What I do like is Security guard. He was the friendliest and most professional security guard I have ever met. He will take care of everything guide you on to the dock and bring you the paperwork. No overnight parking. Earliest you can show up is 45 minutes to an hour before your appointment time. Truck staging area is only for the trucks an hour prior to the appointment time no overnight parking
Drivers if you deliver here access the location from Old Katy Rd. There is a staging area for about 5 trucks if you arrive between 2100 and 0100 there should be parking. The catch is the receiving is at gate one and in order to park for staging you must be facing gate one. So if you come from Eagle Road you will need to make a wife right turn at the second stop sign and renter at the next stop to park in the staging area. Stay wide to the left in order to make the turn.
Come here for curbside pickup. After check-in, waited for 45 minutes and nobody came out.
Sad but but sometimes people are having a bad day
I had the pleasure of visiting their distribution center. The actual building. It is a thing of beauty. It has a decent sized parking garage in the back and some parking out front. Inside it is kept in pristine condition and they have art that rotates throughout the building. It felt more like an art exhibit than a corporate office.
I wanna appreciate your driver Gilbert. He is one the best drivers. Well mannered, good spoken and man of patience.
Edward Johnson, nothing's changed. Whoever the "Yard Cop" on the golf cart is, is a real piece of work. He wanted me to blindside back out of the entrance into oncoming morning commute traffic. And he has plenty of attitude. All Truck Drivers know the type: He's unhappy because he's been working there for years and he knows he's going nowhere, but he's "job stuck". He can't take his frustrations out on his fellow employees because they'll report it to his supervisor and he'll be disciplined. He views a Truck Driver as harmless so he takes out his frustrations on them because he has a miserable life.
they Did not deliver whole order and says shortage from compney but if you see food town and sams club everything available Also If small business owner pick up from silver Egale Whear house waiting more than one two hours bad service
Time to move on to bigger and better.
