Raised our rent at the hieght of the covid emergency pretty clear what kind of people run this place. dont trust them
Kind of a lot of noise. The apartments are literally nestled between two work lots and a wilco.
Expect to have your thoughts drowned out by the construction yard the apartments LITERALLY SHARE A FENCE WITH.
Switched to month to month at the start of the pandemic to better evade eviction laws and kick people affected by the covid crisis out on the street.
