Silver Spring Metro Exxon

Its now a Sunoco as per my team just finished all the new imaging with the new Sunoco "Cientianal Imaging". The manager Ram is a great guy !!!

Terrible experience and rude customer service. I rarely put up reviews unless the services are exceptional or extremely horrendous. In this case, it was horrendous. I was pumping in gas and throwing away trash items off the floor of my car and a person who appears to be the owner walks out and says that the trash can is not for trash. He clarifies and says it's not for personal trash and only for the trash from items bought from the convenience store. I explained that I did not know and most gas stations put trash cans at each pump for customers to throw their items away. I suggested that if that is his policy, since it seems to be an exception to the norm, he should put up a sign. He then responded by saying that the gas station is private property and he doesn't need to put a sign. He asked if I put a sign on my trash can at my house to make his point. I told him that my home does not provide services to the public so there is no need for that. He continued to say it was private property. I then said I was sorry and that I was not aware that the trash cans are solely for store-bought items and that I will be taking my business elsewhere. The prices aren't great anyway and with such terrible service priding itself over it's "private property" stance, I'd take your business elsewhere and support people who pride themselves for providing services to the public/community.

This has always been my gas station since I live just up the street. It's prices are good, location is convenient for me, but I wanted to share an experience I had tonight. It was a really bad day and I accidentally locked my keys in my car right after pumping gas. The man working tonight 11/15 around 9pm was amazing. He was pleasant, helpful, sweet. He was sympathetic but tried to keep me with a positive attitude. I didn't catch your name, guy, but you were the highlight of a rough day and an even rougher night. Thank you!

Oh boy, Google and your endless demands for reviews of gas stations I've been to. Do you know how many times I visit a gas station? Considering I have not the money or the time to invest in one of those new fancy electric cars, I can tell you it's a lot. And a lot of gas stations, are fine. It's a gas station, they dont bite. Just dont leave your car on.

Prices are very often lower than other Silver Spring gas stations. Although prices can rise sometimes, it is rare, and I absolutely love this station!

Downtown Silver Spring's Exxon station with driveway entrances off Colesville Road northbound and East West Highway eastbound. Quick convenience store included.

I normally like this station, but it is the only gas station I've been to that is regularly out of gas. It's starting to feel like a crapshoot whether or not they have gas.

Right off Colesville Road , has a snack shop 8 odd pumps , tyres can be inflated at 1.5$ for five minutes and there's vacuum too

Right location very accessable from East West HWY. Friendly staff and quick place to get something to eat and drink.

This is sad i called up there to see if they had a product and every time i asked if they had it they had the product then they would hang up on me
