She was very professional, listened, researched, and provided guidance with empathy, then assisted me in getting my account by on track. I can’t thank you enough for being so kind and understanding.

Spoke to a lady named Karen In credit services told her lost my job due to covid-19 and starting a new one on the 19th I told her I make a double payment when I got my first check from my new job she didn't care she wanted the payment. And hung up on me RUDE

Great customer service! Hands down to that. When it comes to location and ATM's it is the worst experience with any bank I've had. The last three days, their ONE outdoor ATM has been "temporarily unavailable" and it's inconvenient for those that have a 9-5 job.
Will do anything for money . Regardless if your fault or there fault . Pretends to care about customers.
