STAY AWAY from this place. These people will SCAM you. First off, please read this carefully. Most of the reviews here are biased. Fake reviews, Iris Hondermann works for them and covered up for Ivan, look at the reviewers last names. Friends and family. Ivan ripped me off, dishonest thief. Ivan Odiaga quoted me a certain amount to be returned from the IRS, didn’t give me any of my proper paperwork (which is considered misconduct) and kept a large portion of my money and I didn’t find out until I had my money deposited into my account by THEIR BANK!!! I NEVER authorized that, he NEVER disclosed that and when I tried to talk to him to find out why he lied about the ACTUAL refund amount I was SUPPOSED to get (verified with the IRS) he suddenly didn’t work there. Liars. They all cover up for each other. They are crooks, and will take your money. Some guy wrote, "best tax service in Las Vegas"; not true at all. Someone else on here had the same experience, they did the same thing to him. I just wonder how many countless of people Ivan Odiaga has done this to, or possibly even other employees of this business. These are working people who need every penny of their refund. Ask them to show you on their computer where it says what you are entitled to receive from the IRS, ask for ALL of your paperwork and don't leave there until you get it. Don't sign any documents you haven't read because they'll try to trap you into signing any agreement to have their bank deposit your refund, they take whatever they want, and give you the rest. MISCONDUCT. FRAUD. REPORT THESE PEOPLE to the IRS for fraud, and file a police report. File a report with the Better Business Bureau (they have 1 complaint already). Go online and find out how to file a fraud claim and make sure you write Ivan Odiaga's name if he is the one who did it, or whoever did it. These people are wrong for what they are doing and have no remorse.

I came here and everyone was very professional and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 mins. Loipa was very professional and broke everything down for me. I work for a company that has me going all over town and i didnt know that i could deduct milage expense. She explained what portion of my route i could use so i wouldnt get in to anytrouble. I went to Jackson I got 175 less on my refund and thier fees were 375 to file. I was only charged 255 here and had a knowledgeable professional help me . thanks Loipa

This place it’s a fraud Ivan and his mother lied about our taxes return we received a check from his bank and no the IRS I been asking Ivan about a copy of the IRS check copy and he avoided me many times don’t go to this place
