From our first property in 1981 and true still today, our commitment to quality vs. quantity sets us apart. Park Francis has been my fave residence so far in JC. I've been here for 2 years now and the community / building staff are second to none. From the front desk team shoutout to Jasmin! to the maintenance team Eddie and Jav you are LITERALLY the BEST! to Paul Silverman being the friendliest man on the planet he regularly stops by the building and greets residents -- it's been a wonderful experience here at Park Francis. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Hamilton Park -- I'm a Silverman loyalist now through and through!
My husband and I have rented and owned several apartments in Silverman buildings. The quality of the build is much higher than a majority of buildings in Jersey City. We rarely had any issues with our condos and if there was ever a concern the Silverman staff is top notch. Issues are handled promptly and effectively. Dan, one of their property managers is an absolute pleasure to work with. Additionally, the Silverman family creates an exceptional feeling of community through organizing events or simply providing residents a little treat from a local shop.
The absolute best place to live in JC. People are warm, friendly and so helpful. I lived in Silverman apartments for about five years and had zero issues or complaints. Paul Silverman makes it a point to personally visit and introduce himself to each new tenant, which is kinda amazing. The apartments themselves are very spacious and extremely well designed. The studio I lived in was almost the size of a 1BR with an extra large kitchen area. Plus the location is excellent; right in downtown. You’re never more than five minutes away from anything you need groceries or a trandy neighborhood bar. Really can’t wait to be back!
I've been living in a SILVERMAN building for about a year now, and it has been such a terrific experience! They take great care of their properties, regularly communicate with tenants, and the team at Silverman are caring, helpful, and top notch. The SILVERMAN staff also truly care about our neighborhood, and you'll always see staff volunteering at local events. I've raved about them to friends/family all year long, and now highly recommend their buildings to anyone thinking of moving to Jersey City!
My husband and I moved to Jersey City in July of 2017 from out of state. We first lived in Hamilton Square and then moved across the courtyard to Park Francis. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Silverman properties! The amenities are fantastic and the staff is amazing! From the concierge staff to building management, everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Our units at both buildings were beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend living at any one of the Silverman buildings in Jersey City.
