They tanked my case. I believe they made a deal with SEPTA. my "lawyer" put an expert on the stand who was not qualified and was disallowed to testify. Be careful of these people. I will say the people who answered the phone was pleasant but they don't win the case.

I went to this nice and professional group of attorneys because I didn't want anyone I knew handling my slip and fall injury matter as I'm a litigation paralegal by trade. In my 30 years of working in the legal field, i have never sued anyone nor been sued. On March 6, 2017, i fell down a faulty stairway. Due to that fall, on March 10, 2017, i had surgery on my right ankle. The faulty stairwell caused me to lose the bone and parts around it meaning i now have plates and screws in my ankle and had to wear a 10 lb. Boot with a protector on each side of the boot where the ankle is so nothing can harm it while healing. I knew i needed help with this. Immediately walking into the office of Silverman Trotman and Schneider i was warmly greeted by their receptionist who took me back right away to a conference room and said Andy Schneider will be in to talk with you in a few minutes. My first thought was this is a professional firm which is exactly all i would want but all approachable. Andy came in we started talking, he stayed with me telling him everything and was comforting when i got emotional because it was April now and i couldn't work, it was hard to get around and even though the boot was on it hurt. Andy reviewed everything i gave him and we went from there. Andy filed a lawsuit right away from starting my case. I was impressed and realized he is a no nonesense lawyer. I liked how he worked. I'm thinking at first am i gonna have to say did you do this? Did you do that? Not once! Andy's staff are just as professional but also approachable. I hardly ever called. I felt like he treated my case as he would his own or a family member. So fast forward to depositions in the new year. Again working on other cases not a flinch. My own Andy got me through it. Through my whole case he was confident and sure of himself that it relaxed me and i totally put my trust in him. I asked him once do you think we're going to trial? He answered very nonchalantly, "if we do we do. We'll be ready." Again i felt his confidence. I emailed him and some of its contents I said that no matter what i trust you. You just prepare me and I'm leaving it in your hands as well as God's. Andy is a very humble man he nicely responded thank you for the confidence in me. I felt great!! Now it's almost the end of June last month. He calls after the pretrial conference and states I'm not sure when but just be ready for trial some week in July. He didn't know when at that time. Now I'm nervous because i was on a temp assignment which i have never done but it was ok until i find a permanent job. On June 29, 2018, my granddaughter's 13th birthday, Andy asked me to call him so i do i say what are we starting trial Monday? We talked some and he settled my case for the policy limits!! I was in shock and he was happy and he also knows that's gonna help my liife alot. Andy kept the focus of why i deserved it not about him his firm gets but for that moment, i could exhale and dream some. So Andy when you read this i want you to know that God placed me with a PI firm that dont play around and gets the job done. You never led me on and you are really a skilled man in your trade. Receptionist and attorney are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. They are straight forward and seem to really care and want to help people that need it.

I do not recommend these lawyers they put the wrong address into the complaint they never filed a complaint with the court they have unlicensed paralegals they took my case for year-and-a-half and spent no money Prosecuting my lawsuit I have a permanent injury that's non-operable and no compensation I recommend you go to Morgan & Morgan don't make a mistake like I made

John is phenomenal, never gives up and encourages you to feel strong through the process
