Was very disappointed with the small cup of black beans and huge portion of yellow rice. The chicken still had the neck in it. So I’m wondering if it was properly cleaned. Won’t come here again. Plus some places give you black beans and white rice as 1 side. But they consider when asked for it together as 2 sides.. The chicken tasted mushy possibly overcooked see pics..you can see how it shreds in my hand. The dry chicken in the background. The rice tasted very generic and hard..not fresh. This experience was just bad.
This is my second time ordering and eating from the Oxon Hill Eastover location and they didn’t let me down. The staff there provided excellent customer service even when hassled by rude customers. I will continue to try other chains of the restaurant but this is by far the best one I have come across.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. Food is amazing and consistent, never had a bad experience. They’re awesome & always pay attention to little notes I leave on online orders!! Lifetime customer here lol
The food and service is great at this location. My favs are the fajita platters. Expect a little wait when its busy but it's worth it
Their Food is disgusting!! Had the Rotisserie Chicken and my stomach is still hurting from last night. My guy took some of the chicken for lunch and called me saying the chicken made him sick. I will never eat from them again. EASTOVER LOCATION
This is the Allentown Rd location. The service is poor and with an attitude we are bothering the faculty. The Fries are not fresh and sandwiches have a small amount of meat. I saw the lady take fries out of a big pot that were already cooked done and take them to the fryer and recooked them. The steak and cheese only had meat in the center with lettuce piled high through the bread. This is the second time I received stale fries and soggy string beans. I will not be returning.
It’s not the food itself. The food is delicious. Twice I’ve placed an order & just to get there the order was not ready. To make matters worse I called before I left the house, both times, to ensure it was ready. For anyone who is teleworking this is not good situation. Sometimes you only have a moment to dash in & out. In the words of Naomi Osaka “do better”.
I love Silvestre Chicken, but this particular restaurant is some trash. They're not sanitary and the food quality has went down . Its always new employees there. You are better off going to their Silverhill Rd. location. Much better quality.

Great experience at this place. Felt welcome and very polite people and the food be bomb. Favorite dish is the fajita mix! I could never finish my dish the portion is perfect! I like to leave some for later!! Great service!!
