Tom Simeone is an absolute genius.

Mr. Simeone was extremely generous and helpful with my legal concerns. Although the firm did not take up my case, Mr. Simeone spent a few hours reviewing my issues and offering guidance, all in gratus. This helped me figure out how to best proceed and what appropriate avenues to pursue. I was taken aback by just how good natured and supportive they were, and can only imagine how well they would represent anybody in court. Thanks.

Thomas Simeone helped edit and revise a contract for my business. I never once waited for a response; he got back to me very quickly. His revisions were clear and precise. He gave me helpful suggestions and I am grateful for his input. I am glad to have a contract with greater clarity for my employees. All thanks to Thomas Simeone!

What can I say? I was involved in a crash over a year and a half ago, it turned out that I had some pretty severe back issues as a result of that. I immediately contacted Simeone & Miller, within 2 days I was in their office meeting with Tom Simeone directly. I was extremely nervous, didn't know how this would all turn out, knowing what medical bills are these days, Tom and his team Kiara (paralegal) Mike ( Attorney) kept me calm and educated throughout the entire process. There were some tough conversations and things that I didn't want to hear. The one thing Mike kept telling me was this all takes time. Well he was right, I can't say enough great things about this firm. I feel like we just ended a personal relationship with the conclusion of the case. I hope I never need to call them again other than to say hi. However, if I do I know once again I will be in great hands.

I contacted Thomas Simeone for his insight on a research paper about the election process of judges. Mr. Simeone was very helpful with his responses and I greatly appreciate the time that he took out of his day to help me out with this project!
