Simmons staff are the BEST & Doc Brain is truly “the man” My 16yo Bassett hound has visited since 2008! Each appointment I’ve felt my hound is in the best hands possible in south Philly. Also prices very reasonable, I very highly recommend :-

I take my cats and now rabbit here to see Dr. Brian. I love the service I receive here and I know my pets are well cared for. I love that the atmosphere feels close knit and everyone involved is always friendly and helpful. It’s easy to make an appointment and I am grateful that availability can be after work hours. My cat received a thorough dental cleaning and finally no more bad breath, my other cats allergies are under control and she is finally socializing and being herself again.

They are awesome here . Dr. Brian just did my 11 year old Cairn Terrier cherry eye and removed her back toe due to a injury . They did a EXCELLENT job . Their prices are incredibly reasonable. My girl is doing great . Thanks Simmons Animal hospital. You guys are AMAZING

The vet was very experienced and knowledgeable. He looked to be in his 60's, which made me think it was his practice, although I don't know that for sure. He treated both of my cats with compassion and tenderness. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and great with the animals as well. I feel like their prices are very high for a neighborhood vet. I spent way more than I expected for check ups for my 2 cats, a few booster shots and flea drops. However, I recommended Simmons to a friend because I believe the vet truly cares about the animals. It cost him $400 for an initial check up, first shots and to have his cat spayed. PAWS charges $70 for spaying and I think $15 for shots. I love the way my pets were handled with care and tenderness, but I can't afford the prices. 4 stars because the service was great. Not 5 due to the prices.

I got an appointment for my new kitten fairly quick. The staff and vet were all accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, caring and overall helped make my kittys visit go as smoothly as possible. I was informed about what was going on and what to expect. They answered all the questions I had which definitely made me feel good with choosing this vet to care for my new pets needs!!!. Thank you Simmons animal hospital for taking good care of my kitty!! I will going back for any and all my pets care needs in the future!!! Highly recommended if your looking for a vet!!

My family just got a dog and neither my wife or I have ever owned a dog before. Everyone at World of Animals was so sweet and kind to our new miniature schnauzer!

I have been taking my fur babies there for decades. They are so good with them and nervous pet parents like me. Dr. Anmuth and his staff will make you feel super comfortable and take great care of your fur babies.

Simmons is the neighborhood, friendly, no frills Animal Clinic you've probably been looking for. Calling in to schedule an appointment was simple and I was able to get details of what to expect on my first visit. They were very upfront about pricing and the Doctor recommended certain tests my kitten might need but didn't make me feel pressured or obligated to get them done right away since he didn't feel it was urgent. Everyone I came in to contact with there even other customers were laid back and down to earth making my visit more enjoyable. I'm glad my friend referred me here and I hope they'll be around for many plus years to watch over my little mama.
