I am so pleased with Simon's .. from buying the furniture, all the help we received to the prompt response when we had a broken leg on our kitchen table. Everyone is so helpful , from the very pleasant phone call I have gotten from the office right down to the wonderful man who fixed the table... He fixed the table quickly and then took the time to show my very young grandson something that he carved with is pocket knife.. My grandson was so excited to see the pictures and I was just so happy that he took the time to show them to him.. Thank you for all your wonderful service. We are coming in soon to purchase a sofa and chair... we love Simons, and it has nothing to do with our last name is Simon :)

Huge, rambling building that smells weird. It reminded me of a funeral home... complete with an undertaker (salesman). Very pricey but good quality furniture.

We purchased a recliner at the end of December after looking at other brand name stores. We returned to Simons where we have purchased the majority of our furniture for the past 20 years. I recently retired and thought it would be nice to have a quality leather recliner v the cloth models. When our chair was delivered, we noticed that there was a cut in the front part of the seat cushion. After deliberations suggesting a repair, Simons agreed to replace the chair. Upon receiving our replacement chair we noticed a “V” shaped scar on the front of the back cushion. Simons sent out their technician who removed the cushion, turned it inside out and a repair was noticeable. Simons deliberated replacing the chair and convinced us that they could replace the cushion. It’s been 4 weeks and my wife received a voice message today stating that the replacement leather grade is not much better than the original. The chair cost $1502.00. NOT HAPPY! STAY TUNED.......

After some searching larger regional furniture "chain" stores we came back to our hometown. Simon's had everything we wanted at a reasonable price and good quality. Service excellent from sales through delivery. We've bought appliances and furniture in the past and this time bought six dining room chairs. Will finish the set in the new year!

We ran into an issue with a sofa purchased at Simon's less than a year ago. From the front office to the owner to the sales person that assisted with a replacement sofa, we could not have had a better experience. After a full manufacturer refund for my old sofa, Simon's sales associate Chrissy was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing a new sofa. This is not my first excellent experience with Simon's and I highly recommend shopping local before visiting larger, less personal retailers.
