Story

He started his real estate career in Northern Virginia and quickly established himself as a leading producer on one of the State's top performing real estate teams. Simon's deep background as an analyst allowed him to spot inefficiencies in the industry and client relations, and his straight-forward and honest approach quickly gained traction in the space.

Two years later, Simon decided to shift his focus and bring his knowledge, experience in competitive markets, and statistics-driven approach to the THRIVE Team as he feels it really marries the perfect blend of "tried-and-true" and "cutting-edge."

Simon takes pride in coaching his clients to be knowledgeable, comfortable, and informed throughout every step of the process. !n his free time, Simon enjoys live music, Washington sports, and being outdoors. You can catch him at Rock & Roll Hotel seeing a show, catching a Wizards game at Verizon center, or walking his dog Mishka through the National Arboretum. He is a current resident of the Trinidad neighborhood in Northeast DC, but has lived all over the city.
