Story

In 1989, Simon Mammon traveled from New York to Seattle to do some research on the coffee industry, which was still in its infancy at that time. Simon decided to go for it, retiring from a career in garments to open a place in Midtown that was focused on craft and creativity. Since 1993, he’s been serving New Yorkers from his unique location between 46th and 47th St. off of 6th Ave. Once you step out of the courtyard and into our cafe, you’ll be met by the enchanting aroma of Parlor Coffee. You’ll see customers grabbing salads, avocado toast, or a pastry to start the morning. And, of course, you’ll be greeted by Simon and a charming team that can’t wait to serve you something special.
