Cara at front desk is so helpful! I had an issue with legal red tape, hence me waiting past my appointment time. Not SimonMeds fault. I had a 3rd party referral. Professional & kind staff!

If I could give 0 star I would. Do not go there I repeat do not go there they will bill you way more after u leave their office. Trust me they are scammers

I called several times, sat on hold for over an hour total, left messages requesting a call back, used the online system to request an appt and I got absolutely no response. It's like no one even works here, it's impossible to even schedule an appt because no one bothers to answer the phone.

1st. Visit table for MRI wouldn't move! 2nd visit Mission accomplished!
