My I phone wasn’t charging and I need my phone for my job. Was stuck between a rock and a hard place when Daniel and Michael were able to take a look and clean out my charging port. Daniel went back at it like 4 times until it finally was starting to at least charge again. I really appreciate their dedication to solving my problem especially as someone who works with customers on the daily. If I have any other phone problems I’m definitely coming back here they didn’t even charge me to clean the port. It’s nice knowing great customer service isn’t a lost art!

My wife went in to get her phone repaired after she dropped. The repair person claims he needs to replace the battery as well. $130 later and she's out the door. The very next day the phone is coming apart, as if something inside is too large. Go back and they say the battery is pushing the screen off. But they repaired it? Shouldn't they have been able to tell that when fixing it to begin with They are either incompetent, or scamming us. They try to offer a fix for an additional charge. No dude, you f&#*ed the repair, why not do right by it? Unless you hate money, don't go here. Zero stars, zero class, zero customer service, zero tech skills.

I looked up -high quality phone repair service near me- and found this store My screen and battery was needing to be replaced asap and they did a wonderful job with time and customer service ! They also provided me with a great discount! Would definitely recommend if your Looking to get a high quality and fast repair with a great price !

I would give this place 10/10 if I could! Awesome customer service, even when I came at almost closing time they helped me out, and did the repair fast and efficient. Went in to get my battery replaced on my iPhone 7 Plus. They did an awesome job so I brought my little brothers iPhone 6 because it also had a bad battery. Batteries come with warranty and I haven’t had any issues yet! Awesome people btw.

Quoted $150 to buy my phone over the phone , get there they offer $35 then pull out pepper spray and was asked to leave, when I asked a simple question of why, I didn’t come in with an attitude or give the person any problem, I’ve come there for years and never been treated like this. The person was a young person not the regular people I have done business with. Never would I recommend this place again or go near there. Unbelievable!

My phone was working great one minute and then it would not connect to the internet. I checked my WiFi, but my phone kept disconnection and getting an error message about not being authorized. I was not connection to a tower. I took my phone into Verizon store. They replaced the Sim card. They told me I needed a new antenna. I took my Phone into Phone Solutions and Vio told me he had a used antenna for $89 and to give him 2 hours to repair it. I returned later and my phone still was not connecting to a tower. I was not charged for the repair since the problem was not resolved. That is what I call Great Service. I took my phone to another store and I told him I was not connecting to a tower and I have a new Sim card, antenna was wondering if I was turned off at Verizon? I was ready to reset my phone. He found I was not connected to a network. He adjusted the network and my phone and it is up and running. Thank you to all that helped me.

WORST DAY OF MY LIFE. i was looking to get my iphone x screen replaced, which they did for a reasonable price, it started popping off and just wasn’t working for touch screen in general thank gosh i have 2 phones for that reason! when i took it back to the shop to either get a refund or get it fixed the employee said “you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit” how immature!!! i am so upset. i continued asking to get a refund polite as i could get myself to be and she pretended like i was about to put hands on her??? check the cameras i was about 4 feet away from her! i believe her name was nicole or something like that. i see the replies to the negative reviews telling the customers what happened and twisting the story. master manipulators! first and LAST time there. you should be ashamed.

Just needed to purchase an iPhone cord. Salesperson is like, “That’s all you need? Here, take one, they’re cheap.” Seriously? For free? Thank you for your kindness.
