Fantastic fantastic, we've been here two nights out of a four day stay and are so IMPRESSED with 'Simply Divine B&B', and especially the owners Mary Grey and Curtis! The North Carolina and small town (that really is not that small) atmosphere and hospitality is 'Above the Best' in the B&B industry! The location off of I95 makes it an easy access, but it's far enough into the city of Dunn that the hustle and bustle of the traveling public is not evident. The house is very historic and elegant plus it has a very interesting story to tell! As a very satisfied customer our recommendation would be for Simply Divine B&B a 'Simply Stop to Stay' location in this part of North Carolina! If possible, we would give a Star Rating of 7+!

Stayed in the Opal Room on May 11th, 2018. I surprised my husband of 12 years for his birthday by booking a night at the bed and breakfast, a couples massage and a Zip lining tour. Simply Divine staff did a great job of being discreet before our reservation, and our experience there was phenomenal. I booked the romance on a shoestring package, which included fresh flowers, chocolates, and champagne in our room. The couple that runs the place are very good at communicating with you, the grounds, house and rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was AMAzing...if i could give it 6 stars, I would. Truly a hidden gem in Dunn NC

Our visit was 3 months ago and I had wanted to change my boyfriends positive review since he wrote it the night we arrived. My experience still has bothered me so here I am writing. This is a beautiful mansion in Dunn, NC. My boyfriend took me to to celebrate his arrival home from a long job assignment away. The guest Mary greeted us and showed us to our room. Beautiful and breathtaking. There was roses, candles, a fruit tray with chocolates. The bed was so comfortable and towels so soft. We got a great nights sleep. In the morning an amazing breakfast of French toast fruit and drinks. We then left to travel to Wilmington for the day. There’s not much in Dunn as they advertise. We had a great day in Wilmington but headed back to out second evening at Simply Divine. When coming into our room, the bed was not made, towels still on floor in bathroom and no one around to ask for new fresh towels. It was late so we couldn’t call anyone to assist us. So disappointed. We both being sweaty from a warm day out and no fresh towels. Then the fruit tray from the night before still on table. We couldn’t understand why our room wasn’t attended to. We were disappointed and left very early the next morning without breakfast. There are no details of how to contact anyone if there are any needs ,when is breakfast served , what is being served or where to find extra towels. The morning we left, my boyfriend was locked out by a guest and waited outside until I came down stairs to see where he was. Parking is limited and we had no clue the best way to park. Coming in late the night before with this limited parking, the parking was full. Thismade us have to block a car in the drive way so our car would be off the street. Boyfriend woke up early to see if he could move car. That’s when the person locked him out. We don’t know if that was intentional or by accident. Either way some improvements are needed. We left very early and I was hoping my boyfriend would have been asked about his experience. He didn’t. ☹️ So here is mine.

As a professional wedding photographer here in the Dunn, NC area I really have enjoyed photographing weddings at Simply Divine.
A lovely home, the house and the gardens are well maintained any time of year and provide a nice backdrop for my clients wedding photos.
The owner Mary is super friendly and very accommodating to her guests special requests which is great for putting peoples minds at ease on a wedding day.
Happy people equal awesome photos which makes my job easier.!

Love, love, love it. My neices and I enjoyed a night's stay. Breakfast was superb. Mary Grey & Curtis Godwin are very personable.
