Fitted herringbone style Amtico LVT with a border and strip. I can't stress enough what an amazing job they did, its absolutely perfect and every corner/bend is fitted with such precision, I couldn't be happier! They did it so quickly, no messing around. All so friendly too. Would 100% recommend!

Purchased and had fitted several carpets and lvt flooring from Simply Floors. Matt, Danny and everyone we’ve ever dealt with here are top lads and all go above and beyond to meet your needs and make sure you get exactly what you want. Would highly recommend
Had our office fitted with carpet tiles, brilliant job done by the fitters and great service from Matt & James in the shop.
Bought to fit ourselves. Was told it was in stock in their Blackburn warehouse but as it was Saturday we would have to wait until Monday to collect. Nothing Monday. Nothing Tuesday. Nothing Wednesday. Rang everyday to be told it would be that evening. Finally they delivered on the Friday. Tried to take a box back as we had too much and the ‘owner’ was especially rude, arrogant and unprofessional. At first he said I could take back then came running up the street after me as I was getting it out the van and told me I couldn’t as it had been specially ordered in. After being argumentative- one of his staff members rang to apologise about his behaviour and that someone would ring me back about the return. No one has contacted me since. Would definitely not recommend. After telling him his customer service was sh*t- he shouted back no it’s not and started laughing!! AVOID!!
Great service. Had the whole of our downstairs floored, and our stairs carpeted. Did the work when they said they would to a great standard. Had a few hiccups along the way with our conservatory which created more work - they did it without question or extra charge
Very poor service, we were ignored in the shop for a long time. Obvious he couldn’t be bothered with us when he did come over. Glad we took our business elsewhere. We suspect why we got the bad service compared to another couple that walked in soon after, but this sort of attitude is not on. Will have to improve their customer service once new store opens down the road from this shop, will provide much needed competition. Would give zero stars if it was possible!
Stay well away customer after sales has been very poor when a problem has arisen problem still not resolved after 17 months

Good choice of flooring. Expensive compared to other places but went back as had used them before. I believe they have changed ownership and it really shows. If you want glue left all over your new flooring and like broken promises and staying in waiting for these guys to turn up day after day then this is the place for you.
