Service is great with a decently priced selection of electronics. Basic accessories such as cables are a little overpriced, but they do sell refurbished laptops at a great deal. 3 stars mostly because they don't have any way to swipe your card, so either cash, check, or your card better have a functional chip.

This store was a horrible experience for me. I bought my computer here and when I brought it back for repair, The service was indescribably nonresponsive. I'm not even sure the agent who "helped" me was ALL THERE. I had to keep checking if the basic information I was giving him was even tracking. It was like he was half asleep or on something. It has been over a week and I haven't heard back on the status of my simple repair. My phone calls have not been returned. Find any other options if you care at all about your products, technology, or your time.

Good store for mac products. Terminal was not working properly.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone, repairs take WAY longer and are more expensive than elsewhere. I wouldn't even go there to get my iPhone battery changed.
