I had a great experience with Simply Stunning. I called yesterday to place a last minute order for my sister's birthday and the staff exceeded my expectations. Kenya was so sweet and reassured me that I didn't have to worry. They sent gorgeous flowers for my sister and she loved the arrangement. Thank you so much.
I ordered 4 bday party centerpieces, and they were truly beautiful! The price was right, too. $45 each seemed very reasonable to me. The guests I gifted them to afterwards were quite grateful for such a beautiful gift. They were at hit at the party!
Wish there were no stars. Ordered same day delivery for my friend who is undergoing chemo. The flowers were never delivered and I called multiple times to see what’s going on and no response. Do not recommend.

I've had two last minute orders, theybhave always been so professional and accommodating. I ordered my sons prom flowers this year. They never disappoint.
Please refrain from doing business with Simply Stunning Florist, if you don't want to get a surprise on a special day spoiled due to the lack of professionalism of the owner of that place. It doesn't matter how far in advance you pay for an arrangement for an special day, do not expect them to deliver the arrangement when it was agreed be delivered. Today I had to go get a refund for an arrangement I paid for on Wednesday, they agreed to deliver it today at 10 am as it is my mother's birthday and we had to be in Manhattan with my mother at 12:30. After calling many times without any information on when will the arrangement be delivered, we had to cancel our appointment in Manhattan and I ended up having to go personally to that place, just to know that they didn't even had it ready mind you it was already 11:45. Now we don't have the arrangement and I have to pay for the late cancelation of the appointment we had in Manhattan. I'm all in for supporting local businesses as this are difficult times and they have suffered a big hit with all this pandemic, but they should as well do their part and at least do their bare minimum so clients don't have to rely on chain companies to have access to a good service.
I would give 10 stars if I could! I personally spoke to the owner about the arrangement I wanted and she was absolutely incredible. I went to pick it up on mother’s day and It was everything i’ve ever hoped for! so fresh!!! And to top it off, the staff was amazing. just “SIMPLY STUNNING”
The shop did not deliver the flowers I ordered. It's so hard to get them on the phone. I'm still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed
Delayed review… placed an order in store for a boutonnière and a bouquet for my micro wedding in August 2020. Picked everything out and when I came to pick up my order the day of my wedding the store was locked, no one inside, and no one answering the phone. I had no flowers for my wedding and they called me at around 4PM that day asking questions about what flowers I wanted. I have ordered flowers from here in the past but will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone.
I would not recommend this florist to anybody. Placed an order early Mother's Day, like 6 AM off of their website that stated something to the fact that, if you order within the next 6 hours, same day delivery is available. Went through the motions of viewing their inventory and picked something I liked and knew my wife would like. Placed order and printed confirmation which specifically stated "To be delivered 5/10/2020. Never received. Tried to call the phone number listed on their website but kept receiving this circular answering menu that led me to nowhere. I could leave a message, which I didn't. Tried to call the same number the next day - same thing. When I looked at my CC statement online, there was another phone number tied with the charge. Called that number and was finally able to speak to someone though I don't think this person was employed by this company. Either way, I was able to cancel the order and received a credit back to my card.
