Always, always you will find their customer service to be remarkable. Friendly, helpful and courteous. If you get a chance to go on one of their cruises, take it and you will be hooked.

Nasty rude customer service. They did end up accommodating me but only after wasting a lot of time on the phone. All they care about is sales and profit, not customer experience. Would never book with them again.

Sixthman cruises are expensive, but specialized. We had a great time. Their customer service is very good. When you call to ask a question, the person you speak to always seems to know the info you need and speaks well.
