S&J goes above and beyond when it came to an emergency no heat and no hot water situation. Our boiler broke down, and after multiple failed service attempts by other techs, it was S&J who managed to take the painstakingly long time to diagnose the situation and fix what was needed. When no other plumber and boiler repair could do it, S&J sent out Larry Lewis, and he got it done. We highly recommend Larry Lewis and highly recommend S&J management for bearing with us as we resolved the problem. 5 stars and I will absolutely recommend it to friends and businesses.

S&J has been our family’s servicer for quite sometime now. They will handle all of your home heating needs. A special shout-out to Steve who serviced our boiler as well as installed a new thermostat. So thankful for everyone at S&J!

Fast, friendly and responsive- during a snowstorm no less! We were in an emergency situation that was no fault of SJ and they had us up and running within 2 hours of the first phone call, turning a stressful day into a fun one. The owner, fuel delivery driver and boiler technician were all extremely nice. Highly recommend!

November 11th they came to fix the boiler the technician was great! I asked for a service contract then and several times thereafter for two months. When finally got it they gave me the runaround about paying for it. It seems maybe they don’t want certain customers with a contract just to order oil and pay full price for repairs that are free with a contract. Their actions are rude and unprofessional.

Worst service worst mechanic save your time and go somewhere else

This company is apparently severely understaffed. They don’t show up when they say they will. They always take your information down and say I’ll give you a call back and then they don’t. They appear to care over the phone but don’t be fooled .....that’s the extent of the care.

Always on time! Service is super fast and reliable. I would not use another company for oil or for service!
