Adopted the most beautiful puppy from the Humane Society and was told she’d need to see a vet within a month. Haven’t had a pet for awhile so didn’t know where to go. Asked Google Assistant for his advice and he sent me to Skaer Veterinary. Wow! I can see why, it’s obvious He knows the Web like the back of His hand. Every staff member was delightful and the place had the most amazing vibe. Signed up for the monthly plan because it just felt right, and who doesn’t look forward to more visits to such a happy place! Got a very affordable care plan for my new puppy, so don’t even have to worry about unexpected expenses as it’s a set monthly budget that I find surprisingly low. Could not be happier with this Veterinary Clinic, and am very grateful for Google Assistant’s amazing recommendation. Five Stars for sure!!! Very happy customer, and my pet is as well.

We absolutely love Skaer and Dr. Covington! All of the vet techs are so kind, and Travis at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to about my questions. When we first moved to Wichita, it was in the second half of 2020, and things were, well, weird. I was anxious about curbside vet services, as we had adopted Kenzie less than a year before and I hadn't ever left her by herself at this point yet. They were kind and helpful, and Se. Covington came out to the car to tell me all about how the appointment went. Two years later and we still completely love going, and Kenzie gets so excited to see everyone! We've since signed up for the wellness plan and absolutely love using that to help spread out the cost of service on our lazy, 100 pound, polar bear-mix.

We had to take “ we consider our family member Lacy to be put to sleep.. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon never coming here before.. The Ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and kind.. Dr. Christen Skaer was so very nice… treated Lacy as her own family member.. . Lacy was most comfortable in the van so they did everything there… it was so very difficult but my brother and I realized how perfect the Lord had made this and who he had take care of our Lacy was the best. They all had such compassion, kindness and Love for our Lacy. She gave us everything during her life full of Love.. My family will never forget the kindness and compassion for our family member that was shown.. You are are so wonderful and my family was so blessed ! You all are the best! Dave, Bernie and family..

I cannot say enough about the amazing team at Skaer Veterinary Clinic. They were incredibly supportive when I had to put down my elderly cat and they recently saved the life of my other cat who needed emergency stomach surgery. Above doing exceptional work, the entire staff is so incredibly gentle, friendly, and understanding in how they communicate the situation and how they treated my cats. I highly recommend them!

I simply cannot say enough about Dr. Christan and her staff! We are new to the clinic and were so impressed by the amount of care and compassion shown by all! What an amazing experience! Furever vet FOUND! Well done !!!!

Went to put $ FOR a Christmas gift to my son for his cat. They were very friendly and helpful. It looked like a large clinic. My son says it's a very good clinic.

Despite being listed as a vet that helps low income pet owners, I was informed that's just possible food during The winter holidays. "Starting" at $1200 quote for a single tooth extraction for my service dog.

I called seeking some sort of vet emergency care due to a suggestion from another vet. They don't provide emergency care, but they were still very friendly and voice concerns for my situation.

Loved this Vet! They have a cat only room, where no dogs are allowed near. In the room, they have toys to keep kitty entertained, and the reduced stress air scent plugged into the wall. They did her exam, nail trim and ear cleaning all in the room with me. The cost was very reasonable, and all the staff were exceptionally nice, and professional. The little goodie bag at the end was cute! We were quite happy here!

Helpful and friendly staff. Will be taking all our furry friends here. Dr. Skaer is great too, reminds me of how my grandpa practiced veterinary medicine.
