No courtesy on customers. Myself and my friend were taking a look at the shoes display behind the counter discussing each other, the woman at the counter yelled at us saying "I have money here", which we did not even thought of and we were treated very bad as if we were going to steal the money. If its a counter and we are not supposed enter why cant the store have a block or strip marked around it. It could be our unawareness of going through the path behind the counter, but this is not the treatment customers should be getting. And not sure then why shoes were displayed behind the counter.

Do NOT come here if you are an Asian woman! This is the first time I tried out Sketcher, so I grabbed 5 pairs of different styles to try out. I was at the store for a long time, and the whole time, the white store clerks did not help me at all - All of them walked by me and I was treated like I was invisible. Since the seats don't have mirror, I had to walk back to the mirror to see how it looked, and the white female store clerk stood at where I was sitting, and she had this "Are you kidding me?" look on her face and hand gestures. I saw that as I walked back, so I said, "Ma'am, I am not done yet." And she walked away. I wonder why she had this face because next chair over, there were MANY men shoes laid around and nobody cared to clear them up. I wanted to buy 2 pairs, but instead I re-shelved those shoes. There were other customers in the store and they got served, just not me. I left the store in disgust.

They closed 15 minutes early and the girl was still inside starring at us like we have 500 heads.
